Mr. Ernest Mensah joined the company in August 2013 as the Deputy Head of General Services and while doubling up as the Company Quantity Surveyor and the Brach Manager of Adenta Shopping Centre. He was re-assigned as the Facilities Manager of the SSNIT Emporium while maintaining his position as the Deputy Head of General Services and Company Quantity in 2015 when the company won the bid for the management of the SSNIT Emporium Building. He acted as the Head of Operations in2023 and was made substantive Head of Operations in October 2023.

Mr. Mensah holds a professional Quantity Surveyor and holds Bachelor of Technology degree in Building Technology from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology and Post Graduate Diploma in Management Practice from Paris Graduate School of Management Studies. He also holds a Masters Degree in Construction Management from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology. He is a member of the Institution of Engineering Technology and the Ghana Institution of Surveyors. He has also attended training program

mmes in Tender Evaluation from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA) and other programmes in the Built Industry.

His job involves all operational issues and generation of revenue at the SSNIT Emporium, and maintenance of physical assets of the company. As a Quantity Surveyor his knowledge in that discipline is extensively used to advise on construction and project cost activities of the company.

He is married and enjoys watching Christian and educative movies, sight-seeing, and engaging in educative discussions.
