Justin is a seasoned Chartered Surveyor and Facilities Manager, boasting a distinguished 18-year career in asset valuation, property brokerage, project management and facilities management.
His impressive portfolio includes the valuation of assets of major organizations such as SSNIT, GLAHCO, BOST, the management of prestigious properties in Accra, extensive research in the property market, and leadership roles in esteemed organizations.
Notably, he served in various capacities at Assenta Property Consulting as a valuer, facilities manager at Linda’s Court and BPA Heights, and as a Center Manager of Oxford Street Mall, Accra. Justin led the Facilities Management and Brokerage division at Assenta Property Consulting.
His professional credentials include Chartered Surveyor status and membership in the Ghana Institution of Surveyors (MGhIS). He holds a first-class honors degree in Land Economy from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science & Technology (KNUST) and an MBA in Project Management from the Ghana Institute of Management & Public Administration (GIMPA), demonstrating his expertise and commitment to excellence in his field.
Justin joined MMC Property Management Ltd. in April 2024 and is currently the Facilities Manager of SSNIT Emporium at Airport City, Accra.
