Mrs. Rosemary Sapara-Grant joined the Company in 1996 as the Assistant Public Relations/Personnel Officer. In January 2003, she was appointed the Branch Manager of the Makola Shopping Mall and in 2008 as the Head of the Operations Department overseeing and coordinating the activities of the Makola Shopping Mall, the New Makola No.2 Market and the Adenta Shopping Centre.

Mrs. Sapara-Grant holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree and Diploma in Education from the University of Cape Coast and has also pursued a One Year Graduate Diploma in Public Relations, Advertising and Marketing from the Ghana Institute of Journalism. Additionally, she holds a Certificate in Public Administration from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration. Prior to joining MMC Property Management Ltd, she had worked with M&J Travel and Tours Ltd.

Over the last 20 years with the Company, she has undergone a number of general management and facilities management courses and has also gained practical experience in facilities management. She is a member of the Institute of Public Relations, Ghana.

She is married with three children and enjoys travelling, sightseeing and watching Christian movies.
